I have been in a jam for about 2 years now.

I started with one payday loan and it has grown into many payday loans. I work full time and rarely see much of my paycheck as I am always paying the finance fees (that are extreme) and very little on the balance. I could use some advise as to how to stop the finance charges and just pay on the amount borrowed.

Also, if that is not possible, since I obviously do not have good credit to receive a regular loan, maybe there is someone out there that knows of somewhere to get a loan or a second mortgage so I can consolidate this mess.

thanks a million!!

Have you checked your credit report? If you’ve been paying the finance chages for the most part on time, your credit might not be that bad. In any case, you should talk to a credit consolidation loan agent at a reputable bank or consolidation service. A consolidaton loan would get all of these payday loans into one with a lower interest rate. The loan counselor there would also be able to help you get your credit report (which you have a right to see).

you need to put your self on budgett and open a saving account like 50 dollars a week or how ever you get paid and pay a little a month until you get out of debet. or talk to your bank or a council thatmight can put you on a payment plan.

If you have a good job , you can ask for a loan at Prosper, the ebay for loans. People may help you. More information at http://www.acreditlibrary.com/prosper…

You can also try your luck at online charities, people may send donations. More information at http://www.laodn.org/
