750.00 biweekly can’t afford other bills for the house what can i do besides selling drugs

think about selling the house before you start getting behind payments. Most people wait too long then get foreclosed on. Another idea is to see how much your house will rent out for. If the rent will cover the mtg, ins and taxes, rent it out and rent a room from a friend until you can get on your feet. There was a time where almost anyone could get a 2nd mtg. This was the only way most people who could afford to purchase a house. The idea was within a couple yrs they could refi and combine them to a more affordable lower pymt. Problem was the recession caused house values to plummit. If you have the equity refi to one mtg but I am assuming you dont have it, so think of some other options.

Remember…. if you sell, your credit stays good. You can always rebuy at another time. If you get foreclosed on, you lost everything.
