Does anyone know how to correct an audio sap problem with a 20″ LCD POLAROID tv.

hAVE CABLE SERVICE, Other TV’s work fine. This one on four channels beeps every second. REturned one; second has same problem. Polaroid tech not helpful!
Buyers Beware; These new tv’s have lots of junk on them.
