hair help!

i have been given the task of looking for a new hairstyle for my boyfriend. atm its is short and brown. (bit plain!) but he is also a security officer, so cant do anything to wild, because he still has to look the part. any ideas? or any links to some pics, cut and colour needed! thanks!
