Keep experimenting with new variations. Try adding numbers to the email name you want to use.

Keep trying. There are a lot of people with a lot of email addresses. You could try a less-used provider, but you will either have reduced services, or have to pay. Its easier just to keep adding number combinations to the end until you find one no one has used.
