my dad is mental abuseing me really bad.

well at this moment im grounded for 3 months for somthing stupid he does this to me all the time i cant get counsling he will get even more mad he dont hit me but he does threatin to beat my head off a wall whst should i do???

well it sounds like he’s just being a dad but maybe its more serious then that so maybe you should talk to him about it. if not just go to a school counciler. and possibly tell another family member. maybe they can get through to him.

First off.. what was the reason behind you getting grounded.. and be truthful.. and if you are having this serious of a problem with him, then i go with sandy.. go to the counciler.. just be careful because if what he is grounding you over really is your fault, then going there will cause more trouble then you can ever imagine.. but if you are saying that he really is verbally abusive over no reason at all, then yes.. go to the counciler at school.
