Is there a program that comes with most PCs that can record a voice?

I have a microphone. Do I need to buy one or is there something online or already on my computer I can use?

yes
it only does it for a minute though, go to start, all programs, accesiories, entertainment, sound recorder.

if you want something better then you want audacity, a free recording program.

but that only records. if you want to send your voice online to someone else you will need a program like skype or an instant messenger.

to record only on ure computer its on there anyway called sound recorder go start/all programs/accessories/entertainment/sound recorder/

(but u need a headset)

and if u wanna do it online download skype, msn, any instant messanger and on msn you press F2 and hold it to do the clip to put it on smethink like myspace you do it off your computer.
