girl help: for the guys….. - Help.com

for the guys…

.. if you were in a LDR for a year what sort of things would you expect out of your girlfriend (say you guys have been together for almost 2 years now but the LDR is a new situation.. only been in it for 3 months now)? how often would you want to talk to your girlfriend? considering you are 6000 miles away would you tell her everything she might want to know ( like dancing on other girls?)

How is a chick who lives 6,000 miles away for 2 years considered your girlfriend?

Some LDRs work for people, some don’t, if it doesn’t work for you, you (both) might have some problems.

LDR’s are fine for some people but, not for me. 6000 miles away? No offense, but isn’t that too much of a strain on her and you?

my boyfriend will be back in august. he was presented with a pretty good opportunity and he couldn’t just pass it up. i agreed with him on that. we are still in our early 20’s (i’m 21 he’s 22) and i think we should both have fun, but we aren’t interested in anyone else… and we don’t want to date around. i just needed advice for the meantime… bc it isn’t easy.

Glad to hear he’s on his way home. Good luck to both of you.

in August?? like in almost a year? ****, I couldent do that.Good luck though….Amd to answer your question about the dancing on other girls thing…I’d say No.being as he and you are both young, there is nothing wrong with getting out and having some innocent fun. Not mentioning something and lying , in my opinion, are 2 different things. So as long as you are both understanding and trusting, who knows, maybe it’ll work out.
