While it has been quite a while since I was in contact with most of you, I felt that the beginning (or near beginning) of a new year was the perfect time to promote the pricing for the ResearchRetrieve skip-trace process. I realize that there are those of you out there who do not know what a skip-trace is, and I will provide the definition in layman terms as well as the reasons as to “why” you will want to use ONLY ResearchRetrieve.
Skip-trace: Finding people who have gone off the grid
Reasons you want ResearchRetrieve:
1. We are the best.
2. You want to locate a missing friend/family member.
3. You were cheated out of a commission by a broker who vanished.
4. You have a list of vacant property leads in which you need to contact the owner.
5. A judgment has been filed in your favor, and you have no idea how to collect your money.
Pricing:
ALL FEES PAID AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.
IF HIRING FOR A JUDGMENT SKIP-TRACE, YOU WILL WANT THE BASIC PACKAGE. WE WILL REDUCE THE JUDGMENT BULK PRE-SUBMISSION FEE TO 1/2 IN ADVANCE (ie 20 judgment skips submitted = $50.00 paid at time of submission.

* BULK RATE STARTS AT 5 SUBMISSIONS AND REDUCES TO $25.00 PER LEAD.
Elite: $25.00

* Telephone number for family verified.

* 1/2 refunded if we are unable to fully process within 15 days.
* BULK RATE STARTS AT 5 SUBMISSIONS AND REDUCES TO $20.00 PER LEAD.
Plus: $20.00
* Closest living relative located.
* Mailing address for closest living relative located.
* Minimum of one working number for a relative located.
* 1/2 refunded if we are unable to fully process within 15 days.
* BULK RATE STARTS AT 11 SUBMISSIONS AND REDUCES TO $10.00 PER LEAD.
Basic: $10.00
* Most recent telephone number verified.
* Most recent mailing address verified via USPS.
* Name, and address of one living relative provided.

If a property is purchased based off of skips being traced, there will be a $500.00 bonus.
If no properties are being purchased based off of skips being traced, there will be an additional service fee of $100.00 charged at the end of any 90 day period without a purchase.
For each judgment/commission collected on, there is to be a 1% fee paid to ResearchRetrieve.
