I need help finding $8million US to build a college in the USA, California, San Francisco Bay area.

This college will return $100 million US in 5 to 6 years. It is an awesome opportunity presented by someone who has done this three times with incredible success. I have an MBA, a serious gameplan, awesome resume, experience, a team, a place, and everything except the 8 million. Very nice EBITDAs.

Past that, I guess if this doesn’t go I need a job!
