hey
it’s not your job to make people happy. If YOU are upset then it’s THIER job to make you happy, or at least be there for you. you have enough trouble with being depressed without worrying how it effects others. yeah I know, that’s easy for me to say, right? Myabe you need to talk to a professional or just someone you don’t know or, something, that way you can talk to him/her about how you feel without worrying that you are upsetting somone you know. Anyways, I’m here if you wanna talk.

People want you to feel better, so whenever they know you’re *trying* to feel better, then they’re reminded that you’ll be better someday, and that is a very happy thought. So when you are most focused on fighting to feel better, that same focus is the very best thing to help others feel hopeful and happy for you.

(You don’t have to be magically all better right away to make people happy. Every time you struggle, you are getting closer, and that’s plenty awesome enough.)

Clearly you *are* focusing on helping yourself get better, since you identified thoughts that made you sad and are looking for ways to stop them. Therefore, you’re *already doing the right thing*, both for you and for others.

Do you know what the problem is “someone one you mind” if you can solve that it usally turns things around.

Worrying is a bad habit, you need to overcome it like any other bad habit. Try to modify the factors under your control, that is the only thing you can do. From http://mshn.org/worry.html
