Well, if you can’t talk to him on your job, can’t you go out on after work together? I don’t really think there’s a problem with that. or is there (i’m not familiar with these kinds of rules)

if he wasn’t the manager it wouldn’t be a problem but you can’t have any kinda relationship with the managers outside of work cause people could accuse managers of having favs.

he scheduled me to work his shift all this week so we can see eachother but that don’t do much cause we can’t like hang out and talk about us in the middle of a resteraunt

D: thats not good. well then you should find a place to talk to him and the two of you should work it out. decide on your job, or him. if you truly love him and he truly loves you then it will become serious after you quit your job. and its ok to be nervous. just follow what you really feel. just ask if he truly loves you and will stay with you after you quit.

we aren’t in love its just really like but im scared if i quit and we start dating and we don’t work out then i just lost out on a job i enjoy

then on that case you should keep your job until you are certain about your feelings. you dont really have to date someone to get to know them. you could probably even talk over the phone… >_< it sounds very complicated.
