Do you mean creating 3d objects?

I’m used to using 3ds max. It’s a bit tricky to start with but once you know how to manipulate it you can create a lot out of it. 3ds max is very line based. Another program, Rhino, is curved based and, I heard, is easier to use.

An easy, free, program to use is SketchUp, created by Google, I believe. It is also easily importable into other programs so that you can make better renderings.

There’s quite a few programs out there to explore. I’d say read up on a few different graphic sites and look over reviews to find out which one is best for you.
