I am looking for a retreat centre in British Columbia

or Alberta Canada where an older retired woman can go in saftey for refuge and peace to deal with life long anxiety.

Take time to go to the web sites and find out what you can about the retreat centres available in both provinces. There should be contact buttons on those sites where you can email or phone for more details.

I hope she gets into a good safe place and will be able to manage her anxiety and even make a complete recovery.
I hope she will be given a wonderful Christmas this year and not be all alone.
Be sure she has some close friends and family to come visit her. She will need that.
