In home residential care for elderly and disabled people doesn’t take a lot of schooling. You don’t have to be a registered nurse to care for most people, you just need to take a few first aid courses and be trustworthy and dependable.

Or there are several positions in nursing homes and adult foster homes or other care/residential facilities that require little or no college.

CNA - certified nursing assistant - a very valuable position in most health care facilities, and good ones are always in need. You go through a short certification course to get this.

LPN - associates degree in nursing - this is the shortest nursing degree you can get.

Those two are the easiest or fastest courses to get into a nursing related career.

However, don’t forget about all the other positions in large facilities like hospitals and nursing homes.

There are dietary positions, housekeeping, laundry, etc.

And also, like the person above me stated, don’t forget about clinics. General clinic, dental clinic, etc, all have some positions which you can train for rather quickly, but those positions are usually limited.
