My brother is bipolar… he has days when he can control it and sometimes he can’t.
I think a big part of being able to control it is how extreme your case is…

see if u can find a support group for others like u… it helps u get through rough times… and don’t forget to take ur medicine…

im not bipolar…but i eat chocolate when i know im gonna get more mad real soon lol
i always thoght chocolate gives you cavities thats why i dont eat it that much.
But now i know it doesn’t.
But while eating it i still think im gonna get cavities so i forget bout what was making me mad. Or if i dont forget it at all im definately more calmed.

I know…..im weard lol

My Mom is Bipolar and both my sisters, i understand how hard it is to controll and how bad it can be but just dont think down of your self about it and just stay positive and remeber that its not your fault
