My baby’s mother is incarcerated.

The same Judge that let the future killer of Jessica Lundsford walk is now afraid to release any arrested individual that comes into her courtroom. The lawyer told us “worst case she’s booked and released, this never should have made it into court.” I am now sole custodian of our four month old. Is there any support for fathers of infants with incarcerated mothers.
