Simple. You ask if they have one. Or you can be specific with your question and you’ll have specific answers.

I am not able to ask the person if they have an e-mail address due to not knowing their whereabouts all I have to go on is their full name and their birthday…now what?

there are several websites that, for a fee, will help you track down people..google “find someone” and you will get a lot of options
