PLEASE HELP MOTHER WITH PANIC DISORDER…

….I am 19 years old and am married with two children. I recently have gotten diagnosed with PANIC DISORDER and sometimes have thoughts of worthlessness, and helplessness and suicide. I need help and i can not aford it. I have heard that THE LINDIN METHOD cures most people with this disorder but i can not afford it, please help i have no where to turn…(The Linden Method.com) I want to be here for my kids and just be happy again. I pray that someone can please hand me down their dvd’s or get the package, i would appreciate it more than anything…PLEASE HELP-Email me at (email removed)

You need to go to a church and seek Biblical Counseling. It’s free and is the most effective method to deal with your panic disorder.

STOP SMOKING
NO caffeine drinks
get fit
meditate
get your thyroid checked and test for an ulcer or acid reflux

buy a watch with a second hand on it and make sure you breate in and out SLOWLY - watch the watch hand and time yourself

NO MORE THAN 8 BREATHS PER MINUTE.

set two half hour blocks a day first in the morning ad last at night for sitting still and listening to positive meditation commentary

there are goups you can join and you may need to work alone before you go to a group - its up to you

there are great meds out there for this like clonazepam xantex etc but if you can NOT do it you will save yourself future problems

MAKE sure you do not avoid things - traffic etc or crowded places and make sure you practise AVERSION therapy to keep yourself sane

YOU WILL NOT DIE from this though i know it really feels that you will.

YOUR LIFE JUST CHANGED and it will get better think slow and long term - there is a future and a good one but youre not going to be the same person just a different one and that would ahve happened anyway.
