Ok, so I like this girl, and i knew that she was into

me last year at least, but i also knew that there was this guy tryin to elbow me outta the way (he’s still my bud tho), but that she liked me better, and so i asked her out over the summer, and she made this excuse that COULD be tru, but then, she kinda was ignoring me, but just today, she was kinda flirting with me, but then later i see the other guy with his arm on her, and she doesnt seem like the type to be playin us, but i dont know…

She’s probably playing you unintentionally. Her excuse is genuine but she wants to flirt/play anyway so she’s going ahead and doing it. She would probably rather just pick one of you if she was able to.

Make sure she really was flirting with u. I was in a kinda similar situation aand i totally misread her “signals” and thoought she was flirting, but thats how she normally acts. Also, to get an edge on this guy: make sure you spend as much time as possible with the girl as you are able to, even if it is just hanging out or somthing, it makes the other guy seem less important if youre there more.
