screen help: I want to sign in to webkinz but I go click on the new memberships and get a white screen. - Help.com

We’ve been having the same problem the past couple of weeks. I’ve installed Adobe Flash, cleared the cache and uninstalled Real Player, all to no avail. I’d appreciate any other suggestions. We were able to log in just fine the previous several months.

i can not even sighn up beacuse it is saying something aout an adobbed thing and it is installd but it is not letting me get sign up for wqebkinz…..wats up weith thzt?

I finally fixed it. Driving me crazy. I was blocking AOL in the URL in my router cause I didn’t want my kid to do instance messaging. I deleted the block and everything works fine now.

i don’t have realplayer so wats the prob?

I am also having this same problem. I have searched many websites for a solution to this problem. I signed in earlier today and nothing was wrong with it. It had worked. It then told me that I was not able to connect w/ Webkinz and would be signed out. It then told me that I could sign in later for more fun. Although, I have tried this over 15x, nothing seems to work. I have tried clearing my cache and changing my settings to allow pop-ups from www.Webkinz.com! I have yet to try un-installing realplayer, but I do not think that it is MY problem. I am not going to download the new Adobe. As of it worked this morning. I am guessing, (along w/ many other people), that this situation is out of our hands. It may-be due to the fact that Webkinz is very busy.

all i do when i first did it was do the exact thing. but sometimes the computer will freeze up. it has happend to me many times. if you already got on and adopted good for you but if you havnt write me back at i> small>(email removed) /small> /i>. my user name is FlairFire. since i hane 10 of these webkinz i can help.NOT LIEING.hope this helps. :)
