I now have a goverment job, and i am no longer paying into social security.

can I recieve my bebefits early?

Because you have a government job your social security benefits will be significantly reduced. Be sure you understand how much they will be reduced before you make a decision. Your workplace or social security can help you figure out what the numbers will be for various scenarios.
