Got Windows XP Home Ed.

and the video player when turned on begins to play but it will stop-freeze then in a few secs. comes on again and then stops & etc. Will not play thru the whole file completely without stopping & starting.

there is a patch to fix this you have to go to the web site to get it but your best bet is to upgrade to vista preium

There are actually many factors that affect video playback…has your computer been able to run these kinds of files previously? What have you changed on your computer?

Trust me…Vista isn’t the answer.

Could be a problem with device drivers , hardware or software . This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html
