“Human Life lasts but an instant. One should spend it doing what one pleases. In this world as fleeting as a dream, to live in misery doing only what one dislikes is foolishness. Since this may prove harmful if misinterpreted, it is a trade secret I have decided not to pass on to young people. I like to sleep. In response to conditions in the present world, I think I shall stay at home and sleep.”

I heard of something called Toe-Wiggling…seriously…hear me out:
12. Toe Wiggling - Lie on your back and wiggle your toes up and down 12 times, wiggling the toes of both feet at the same time. This will relax your entire body inside and out.

Supposedly your feet are attached to every organ in your body. This is why acupuncturists focus on them alot. Something about your chi…

I dunno…
Sounds better than warm milk, eh?

i had insomina, a few years back, so i dedicated most of my time to reading up about it and how to get some sleep. the main points that i came across (and worked best) were, do not use the pc before bed (leave atleast 1 hour) same with the tv. do not use your bed for anything other then sleeping and you no what. try to have a warm bath before hand (try not to use the shower, a bath will relax your body more) and then just go to bed. if you are still unable to sleep after half hour(try not to clock watch tho) get out of bed, move to another room and read, when you feel you have done enough, try again. it does work, you just have to get your body back into a routine. it took me a few weeks. but i must admit i get the best sleep ever now! hope this helps
