I’m tired and I can’t sleep. Its lame. Just thought I would share. heh oh and if you find yourself extremely bored maybe you can give me some advice on my other posts? ty…

Sleep is so over-rated anyways…
haha, yes but I’m tired and I like sleeping. I’m good at it and I tend to do a lot of it.

ok, gonna be totally honest. I’m tired and some of that went right over my head. heh.
I heard of something called Toe-Wiggling…seriously…hear me out:

hehehehehe :D:D:DD i like the toes relaxation :D it’s funny :D .. i dont think it works :P …but i know something that is relaxing… get urself in a hot bath ..i think that will relax you :P … or go and do some sports am 100% sure after sport u wont be able to stay awake even if u wanted to :P ….
“therapsis ” i must disagree about ur statement ” if i had neither of those i’d be happy guy ” well i think happiness if much more and then a feeling i thin even if u dont have them u wont be a happy guy cause happiness doesnt depend of the state that u are into… real happiness is much more than that …. u would just be happy for being happy and around ,, like part of the world that we live in …..
i had insomina, a few years back, so i dedicated most of my time to reading up about it and how to get some sleep. the main points that i came across (and worked best) were, do not use the pc before bed (leave atleast 1 hour) same with the tv. do not use your bed for anything other then sleeping and you no what. try to have a warm bath before hand (try not to use the shower, a bath will relax your body more) and then just go to bed. if you are still unable to sleep after half hour(try not to clock watch tho) get out of bed, move to another room and read, when you feel you have done enough, try again. it does work, you just have to get your body back into a routine. it took me a few weeks. but i must admit i get the best sleep ever now! hope this helps
