Well if you don’t know yet, there are several major fires going on in Southern California right now, and several hundred thousand people have been evacuated as of the time of this writing. Many people have lost their homes so far, and many are waiting for word on the state of their houses. The fires are still going strong too. I myself know a few people who have lost their homes, and I’m still waiting for word on mine. So please, keep us all in your prayers and thoughts until this over. Thanks…

Two years ago we had the wettest year on record. The two following years were some of the driest on record. There’s got to be something causing that. Anyway, combined with the Santa Winds San Diego becomes a massive fire zone.

Ugh. The sky has turned orange, there’s ashes everywhere, the air quality sucks, and its really hot. I hope everyone is going to be okay…I know there was a fire across the street from my brother’s house in Canyon Country. As for me, I should be fine, as I am more in the suburban area, so there’s not much brush here at all.
