I usually think about the stuff that I want to heppen and the things that I think will happen and things do go as I picture them but I think it’s because I know myself well enough that I know what is going to happen. I think if you dream about it it’s probably because your thinking about it to much.

Precognitive dreaming is normal, and seems to peak in our teens. They’re usually about mundane things like conversations, but they are exactly the same as the waking event, down to the finest detail. There are other types of cognitive dreams, including present-cognitive, such as when a person close to the dreamer dies while the dreamer is sleeping, and otherwise normal dreams can be interrupted by cognitive events.

Often, a sense of deja vu will precede the realization that we had a precog dream, and it may be that deja vu is usually a sign of having such a dream. If that’s true, then it implies precognitive dreaming is inherent to being human.

I have precognitive dreams a lot… usually about 6 months in advance. But I all my dreams are so vivid and believable that I never know the difference when it happens.
