If you want to move, compromise. Move, but to a house that is STILL near their schools. That way, they don’t have to have a confusing “I’m the new student” phase. :S

That’s my idea.

Why does hubby want to move? Can it be postphoned until kids are out of school or is it work related and you have no choice? If its’ to move to a bigger and better place, make sure you can cover the mortgage. Heard the housing market may hit a wobbly soon. Be sure of your reasons and maybe sit with hubby and kids and write a list of pro’s and con’s. Then decide as a family.
All the best with your decision.
