No, I don’t believe in them.

i could not say they are real but have read many articles following such account they there are indeed mermaids.
The mermaid, half woman, half fish is part of the human collective consciousness; everyone knows what a mermaid is, whether they believe they exist or not. They appear in TV commercials, children’s stories and movies for both adults and kids. With the majority of our oceans still unexplored, is it possible they are real creatures yet to be discovered? Or are they like the fairy-folk, deliberately hiding from human eyes?

I’ve told my wife that she reminds me of a mermaid. She has this nice long light brown hair and beautiful blue eyes and a slender body. She is quiet, graceful, kind, gentle and so caring and forgiving. She has a sweet smile that brightens up my day. She is very precious to me.

Are mermaids real?
No one can really tell how true they are. Mermaids remain a mystery even how many thousands of years the earth will exist. A human development in a mother’s womb has a detailed scientific explanation but how a human came into existence…we don’t know. The human evolution has always been vague. Even theories are not enough to ratify it. Thus, it is also a mystery. Everything that moves in this world, that has life, and every creature we think exist will always remain a question and is only accountable by one creator. Our God, our creator. No one knows. Now, only our belief about mermaids will stay true if we find believing in them or not. I, myself have always wondered about a mermaid’s existence. I would want to believe so because if we exist, then anything else can exist, too. We only know our world. There are other dimensions in this universe we don’t know may exist. We only know of what we are familiar of. Even a sailorman’s imagination may have a basis of facts. I would want to imagine a real mermaid not as how we see them in movies or in pictures. It could be that a mermaid may have face of a human but the skin is as slimy as the whales or dolphins. Or perhaps, if they are half-fish, half-human, maybe their anatomy is composed of different cells and organs capable to survive underwater. And maybe the skin may consist of an exceptional kind of pores that is set for the temperature of the water. And if they have fingers, maybe they are glued together. Or if they have arms, maybe they are replaced by large fins instead. Perhaps, they are small-sized, harpy voice and they have really very strong scent. Who can really tell how they look like? A mermaid sightings may be true, only in some occasions. I wouldn’t believe that all stories are real but a very rare testimony and encounter about them may help support their existence. For some reasons, I believe that somewhere in the deep blue ocean, they live there. Only, they are cursed and different creatures that is why they don’t bother to go up in the land to explore.
