CPS screwed up.

I need help finding out what I can do. CPS made it known who called them and now the parents will not stop. I showed up at CPS’s office because I called them 10 days before a child was murdered and they never called me backed or checked on the children. There excuse is I am not related. Now I am being harassed and slander by the parents. The worse part victims services have no help for the ones that call and report, CPS will not help with there screw up and I am not even allowed update on the child who is still here and watched the murder. I am worried that they will give the other child back to the parents.
