Well, you can give Ben Kweller a shot. Penny On A Train Track has a pop feel to it.
Mushaboom and 1234 by Feist always seem to put me in a good mood too.
Call a friend, do something you like doing, stop thinking negatively, etc…
Company. Helping someone else out with their own problems so you can get out of your own head. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for….there’s always someone way worse off than you. Also, ask yourself H.A.L.T….?
Hungry?
Angry?
Lonely?
Tired?
Those are often the symptoms and causes of feeling blue. See if you can pinpoint it and then try to fix whatever it may be.
