I have tried to add an address…

it ask for provider (got it), state (got it) and city (and my city does not appear).

Please tell me how to get past that when your city is not listed as one that is serviced by this provider (Dallas to be exact) and it won’t let you type it in???

Sorry it took so long.
There wasn’t a way for any one to answer till now.
Put cursor over the “Account Admin” and you’ll see a drop down menu.
Left click on “map” button.
Type your approx address in text box.

Or you could zoom in on the map with the arrows and move th pointer marked as “you” to exactly where you live, it should shw up then :D
