How can I get a more toned down butt?
I want to try to avoid going to the gym, because I do not have the money to pay for membership, so leave the gym as a last resort. So, what are some exercises that will help me get a less fat, more toned down butt? I’m tired of it being so big. Some girls like it, but I certainly do not.

A good way is the butt clench, clench your butt when you are u and about doing anything and see how long you can keep it clenched before pain sets in, it’s more effective when you have to walk anywhere, same with the tummy too
Get some videos?
Here’s a better image. The guy in the above illustration is kinda slacking off.
OMG and now Limon has got them in colour!!!
Can anyone beat that?
I think not :D
Oh wow, that’s really cool. Thank you so much everyone, especially Limon. I do have some questions though. How many reps and sets should I do of Leg Lifts? How many times should I do these exercises a day/week?
Well, I’m not a physical trainer or anything, but I’d say shoot for 3 to 4 times per week. 3 to 4 sets. And do as many reps as it takes to feel a good burn while maintaining a steady controlled movement.
I’ll invite Heather to this post. I think she used to be a physical trainer or something.
the best exercise you can do is to run up and down your stairs, it can get a bit boring, but you really burn of the calories and it helps you tone almost all of your body, obviously legs and such more than arms. it really does work and its free. do 10 mins a day or so on top of three thirty mins work outs a week and it’ll work really well.

The big question first… which is your fist priority, burning fat, or toning your buns? If you have a considerable layer of fat you won’t notice the effects of toning appearance wise, however, if your lean, but want to make your buns more firm, then you need to do some toning. Ideally you will want to do a bit of both to keep yourself lean and keep your buns firm, however you probably want to start off focusing more on weight loss. The main keys to weight loss are diet, and cardio. Reduce the sugar and fat intake in your diet choosing whole grains and lean meats instead, and eat lots of fruits and veggies. The canada food guide is a good place to learn about what kinds of foods are recommended. As far as cardio, it depends on your fitness level. Assuming you do not have a heart condition or other serious medical condition, I would say start off with 20 minutes of cardio a day, walking, running, or biking or doing whatever, at an intensity that will make you break a sweat. You have to gage yourself from there, and try to improve. Work your way up to an hour, then work your way up as far as pace, and intensity of your workout. And when your done, add some of those toning exercises that limon posted to the beginning or end of your workout.
Hm, okay thanks everyone. The help is appreciated. ^^
Nice ***
You could do pistol squats and squats, but the main point of your focus should be to eat less calories in order to burn fat from your whole body. You just cant burn fat from the place you point to, it just doesnt work that way.
My main tips:
Drink lots of water and green tea
Eat less calories
Exercise and sleep more in order to be relaxed and burn fat
