Find a support group in your area, its confidentail. This may help if your having trouble quiting. Your doing the right thing by admitting your addicted. Thats the first step. Good Luck!

Yes , the best thing you can do is find some support , if you need one urgely , speak with your family ( prefferably not to the members that are hysteric as it wont help you much then ) .
