one thing i do know is inactivity leads to a lot of fat accumulating.

exercise does the opposite burns the fat, n somehow helps excrete a lot of waste mineral salts

to do exercise you have to use energy to use energy you need fuel and it is the opposite with inactivity

i am trying to find important information for an assignment and this crappy site gave me **** all and distracted me from doing my work. it’s title is misleading and should be called “some losers rabbeling about crap”! that way innocent researchers like me won’t be lured into this lame website when we could be doing proper work.
