By Layout I assume you mean a few pictures, as one background image. For that, you will need some kind of graphic program, so you can make one photo out of many and “The Gimp” might be the right program for you… It’s not an easy program and you might need to mess with it a bit but once you get the hang of it, it’s a great program.. You might even be able to find an easier program somewhere…

Usually you can open a photo in your internet browser and right mouse click it and in the pull down you will see set as desktop background or something like that, hit that and you get a little box pop up, decide how you want it shown and that is what…

If that doesn’t work for you… You can always download infranview… Open your picture, pulldown menus, options, set as wallpaper… Bing…

do you mean myspace layouts
because instead of just making your own you can search
vanessa hudgens myspace layouts on google
and youll have lots to choose from
