Weather questions please help

Is it possible for the weather to drop 10 degree’s per second??
Is it possible that it could be so cold that an automobile or some type of machinery could fail to work due to the fuel lines freezing?
Can Hurricanes form over land?
Is it possible for the climate to be -150 Faren Height?

And one thats not really related to the weather:
Is it possible that if you’ve just gotten really really cold very quickly, that when you get out and warm up, if your blood from your limbs rush back to your heart too quickly, your heart could fail you?

Could you also please post a link as proof to back up what your saying?? thanks heaps in advance.

If a hurricane forms over land, isn’t it called something else?

Im researching info for my assignment about events that happen in The Day After Tomorrow. So far havent heard anything about hurricanes forming over land. They say they form around the equator and then as they build up they move around and sometimes hit land. Proof —> “Like all tropical cyclones, a hurricane needs the WARM WATER of the tropics, which feeds a storm with energy, in order to form. The atmosphere must be laden with moisture.” that copied from, http://www.livescience.com/environmen…

dont know bout other but the just go on wiki theres heaps more info :) hope that helps.
