You need to want it bad enough that you will get off that couch and exercise. I lost 60 pounds in about 2-3 months and it was only because I really wanted it.

What are some of the foods you eat I can get you advice based on them. Try some diets that I used such as Atkins and South Beach. Both are extremely tough but a worth while in the end.

As for exercising, go for a fast walk one hour a day or join a gym. Any exercise is good. If you want I can give you some types on what to eat.

I know a good site with good advice. Go to about.com and look for weight loss. That site is the best when it comes to problems like that.

Walking is a good way to start shaping up. Start with 3 times a week @ 30 minutes per session. Increase your exercise time by 5 minutes every 2 months. At first it will just take sure willpower but eventually it will become a habit and you won’t want to miss it. Find a place to walk that is scenic and interesting and you’ll be less likely to get bored with it. Many calories can be lost just by making simple changes in your diet such as cutting out sweets and soda. The important thing is just start making some changes no matter how small and eventually you’ll find your groove.

Just make the choice and get started. It not as hard as you making it out to be, get motivated believe in yourself and stick with a plan for a month atleast. Once them weight starts coming off you will be feeling so fantastic. Protien, lots of it in anyform. I had bacon eggs or omlets with mushroom and chees for breakfast, one or the other of course. No toast no carbs. No waffles or patato. Then for a snack i would have cheese and ham, just like that. For lunches i would have chicken and salad with bacon bits and feta cheese have some mayo with it. For supper no sweet patato or red vegtables no fruit for the first week. For supper have any meet you like with green vegtables or butternut or salad. It takes planning. Plan the day ahead. Do yoga or buy a exercise Dvd and do it when you feel like it. Have as much diet cooldrink or coffee and sweetner and full cream milk. Fat free things contain more carbs cause when you take the fat out you have to replace it with something to make it thicker. Good luck.
