Does anybody know how to decompile DLLs?

I need to decompile a DLL to see how to bypass a program.
What program can I use to decompile the DLL and see what’s inside?
Thanks a bunch.

There are many tools on the internet. Let’s take C# as an example. You can use Reflector to disassemble any dll files made in C#
