I REALLY need help…

ok. so jr. prom is tommorrow night and i have my period reallllllly bad. since about saturday night. is there anything at all i can do to slow it down??? PLEASE help me!!

i hear cold baths slow down the flow, but have no evidence to back it up. good luck. bring extra kotex or whatever and make more frequent trips to the ladies room just to be careful.

You can wear two tampons at once. First, put in one tampon just like you normally would. Then, move the string to the side and simply insert the second one. I suggest two super pluses. This has saved me on more than one occasion.

well today i had a super in and a night time pad..and i bled through that..and my jeans. im really freaking out so anything helps. thankyou..
