No, it’s really not that bad. I got my left nostril pierced and it’s a little sore and puffy. I’ve been following the piercer’s directions. Is ice okay? Thanks

Eek! I remember when I got mine done. It hurt for a couple months!! Ugh. I took it out a few times a day and cleaned it with alcohol but I don’t know if that’s how you’re supposed to do it. It’s healed now and everything is fine with it. I’m pretty sure ice should be fine.

Maybe you can go the a GNC Store that is alwaysa very safe goo source of a remedy for most problmes such as the ones you described , I send you good healthy energy. Be well and happy.
