no its not spreading to my legs at all i have iliotibial band syndrome and i have had it for 9 months so i already get pain in my legs here and there but its like inside of my back

no thats the thing im not into sports at all i honestly am not sure if i was misdiagnosed or not its more common to get the pain in your knees but i get the pain in my at the very top of my thigh where my femur connects to my pelvis

and i yes i do stretch i went to physical therapy for my left leg pain but i do alot of stretching with my back also

All I can say is that your describing kidney stone troubles.
Intermittent pain when inhaling deeply just below the rib cage.
Check with your physician to be sure.

i have mid to lower back pain when i take a deep breath and it hurts really bad when it happens. i think that i might not be able to get out of bed sometimes and i don’t have the pain right this second it just happens when i yawn or take a deep breath..any ideas?
