omniscient then if He created ‘the stone that is impossible to lift up’ would He be able to lift it up?

‘omnipotent’– all powerful
‘omniscient’– all knowing

the paradox does not work this way because how would the omnipotent and omniscient Lord be unable to lift up the rock?

If God is all-powerful and omniscient, then yes, he would be able to create an immovable stone - and then move it.
