It’s normal for someone with depression or other emotional problems.
you should see a doctor, they might be able to help

sometimes we just have so much stress in our lives that it makes us have these thoughts… and it seems unbearable at the moment.. please dont feel as though you are alone.. many many many people suffer from depression..

running from problems dosent help as much as you want it to, it wont help. running away goes on your record according to my friend. and please clarify on the “you know what i mean”

You might have bipolar disorder… if this is the case, your thoughts are completely normal. There are ways to develop coping mechanisms but usually you need to talk to a specialist at least a few times or once in a while to keep you on track with them.

i feel that way some time and yeah it’s normal!!
just find something to distract u and you’ll get your mind off of it
or talk to your friends (your best) and tell them everything thats what i do when i get like that which is often!!!!!
so just relax!! listen to music or watch tv!!!
