if anyone has the time to help…

..

I have an assessment due and i really need to think of an imaginary journey that a child would go on with an imaginary friend….
i don’t need a masterpiece, or even anything that is complete…. just throw some ideas at me….

much love

As in they would have in their head, or they would act out with an imaginary friend with them?
I wrote a story for the same kinda thing about being sucked into the plughole… could be good?

invent a kind of fairytale. like going to wonderland or sth alike (land of toys…whatever) and the imaginatory friend of the child can b ur favorite cartoon hero :) just go back to childhood and think of where would u like to go, if u were 5 or 7 :) good luck! :)

marmite: it can be either, but preferably acting out, what did you do your about? i’m sure it didn’t suck lol.

mickey: my teacher is 80 and probably on morphine by now, most children would rather sleep with a suicide bomber than turn up to her class lol

ruidosa: thanks, i’ll try do develop that, :)

My mother had an imaginary friend -margie. It was so intense my grandmother -who is awsome and was my mother in practice- found her crying bcause Margie “broke her arm”. That seems insane to me though. Sometimes I shudder to think of being left alone with my birth mother.

Worse, my mother teaches special education children. I bet you and I could laugh and cry volumes.

lol, don’t cite ME. That was between marcia and Rose. I don’t what level of paper you are writing. I can tell you my real name if you need that. marcia was the youngest child of 2. her brother was about 11 years older. She was lonely. Alice Miller talks about the ‘empathetic witness” to preserve empathy. Perhaps my mother didn’t have that so she made up her own.
