My dog bit someone.

I had thanksgiving at my house the other day. My dog is so ecitable. He didn’t attack them. He gets so wound up when people walk through the door. What happend was every one was walking in my houseone after another. The last people to arrive were Scott, Julie & there daughter, Taylor. When they walked in the door he started barkin loudly & ran up to them to smell them. They have a puppy so he got ecited and started mouthing them. He did it to the little girl and she got so scared she started to cry. I felt so bad. He’s a big loud dog so people are already scared of him. I can’t handle my doggs anymore. One won’t stopp pissing on things and the other one puts his mouth arround peoples arms. He never puts pressure on, but it’s still wrong. How do I get ahold of cezar millan???

The first thing you should of done was put the dog in another room or get a muzzle for it. Second you could be sued for a lot of money even if the dog bite doesn’t break the skin. I don’t feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t take the precautions necessary to protect other from a vicious dog. If you cant handle the dog take it to a shelter and have them place it in a home that can. Hope this helps :-)

The dog isnt vicious, its just badly trained. Mouthing is a dog pushing its boundaries, and being more dominant than it should. You need to enrol in obedience classes. Get your dog knowing who is in charge and the next time he mouths someone say in a deep and loud voice NO. Male dog often mark their territory by urinating on them. If you catch him at it, again, tell him NO, and take him outside to do his business. Take him outside regularly to do it anyway. Dont just give up on oyur dog, because he doesnt sound bad. I have had some of your troubles with my own dog, and now, after much training she is near perfect.

awwww… when the one dog puts his mouth on someone.. you need to tell him no with a stern voice and then put a muzzle on him for about 20 minutes.. after doing this for a bit.. he will learn that he doesnt like that muzzle and will eventually stop.. as for the dog pissing around the house… you need to rub his nose in it.. and then tie him out for about 20 minutes… it will eventually work.. goodluck.. your dogs are not bad and just need to be trained..
