Movie title help

I saw this movie when I was 6, I remember some detail just not the title. There was a room, with a little girl maybe even a teenage girl crying in the corner, these people brought in a man which they put some kind of mask on him and buried him. There was a lot of sand in the movie, a man in gold pants, tarot cards, and a man with swords in him.

This movie I’ve been thinking of since I seen it. I’m 19 now and Its driving me insane I need to know. I’ve tried movie sites and all.

It may have been horror, I’ve loved horror since I was able to even see the tv.

The only thing thats coming to mind is “I’ll Never Tell”. But that movie has only been out for about 7 years…hmm..
