you need professional Help. Eat fast food 3 meals a day to gain fat back because low body fat is dangerous to health

I’m 16 and I have dealt with anorexia, there is hope out there. I wouldn’t suggest searching online websites, you may come across a pro-ana movement website and it can stir up even more feelings. The first thing I suggest is getting help from the hospital or by mental health, don’t let yourself decline into diminishing. Food is life and energy, and if you want to live and have a happy life, you must go to the hospital for help, that’s the only way for full recovery.

ask someone (family or friend) for help.
then if you go back on your decision later then they can prevent you (and basically force you to take treatment) - go to a different treatment center then you where before. then once your out of inpatient, get an outside team to keep you on track.

have a list of RED ALERT signs (signs that you are going back to your own ways) for other people to see

you can do this yourself: figure out something(s)/somebody that you REALLY love. and start out recovering for them. then later hopefully you will realize that you can do it for yourself too.

i hope you can recover.. i know how tough it is (im being forced to recover against my will so i know what it is like)
