Tips on finding lost things.

Everyone says to sit and think really hard…but I can even remember what I did the day I lost this item.
It has very important note book. In it- there where important papers for school and things my grade depends on. I can’t beleive I lost it- but I did. Now I’m going thorugh calls and text messages to figure out what I did when I last had it (Friday the 16th).

Any tips on how you find lost things?

seems that Back tracking is out. lol Try looking everywhere. Ask people, for all you know someone barrowed it without you knowing. Or in my case its my sister gets mad at me, and stashes it.

it’s okay to lose things! you won’t look like an idiot if you just ask people, it’s no big deal, believe me i’ve done it way too many times, the real problems come when you just try to cover it up, which never works by the way :P

yeah, I know the feeling. it’s the worst isn’t it? I’ve lost 2 expensive mp3s, a cell phone, a cross country team coat [my coach was so mad], earrings all the time, my retainers also, im always late to things, etc.

yeah i think we just have to have specific places where we put our stuff! I always put stuff down and think oh ill remember later…but of course, 15 minutes later im frantic and trying to figure out where the heck i put it lol. i think maybe we should just organize our stuff better, good luck finding it…
you should talk to everybody you live with, b/c some people i would never expect to pick up my stuff do sometimes

You know, when pplz say, ‘it’s always in the last place you look.’ I always have to say, “No duh stupid. I don’t just keep looking after I find what it is I was looking for.”

when you lose something and you have done everything to find it like go back where you last had it or Check the lost-and-found or ask your teacher and your friends or try to relax and recall memory.

There is only one thing left, LET IT GO. It will eventually turn up. If you think someone has stolen it by any chance, it will still turn up , I promise. Something you have stolen won’t stay with you for long, either you get caught with it or, chances are, you will lose it. If it doesn’t work than “FATE” has something to do with it. Maybe fate just didn’t want you to have it. Or maybe it is a lesson to stay clam…and be patience. But most likely it will turn up, sometimes in a place where you would never expect it to be in.
