I’m in a serious financial bind at this point.
It’s almost 1 a.m. and I just can’t sleep. I have resources available to get money in hand but not enough time to do it before I, my girlfriend, her 3 children and our 3 week old daughter are evicted form our apartment and our car is repossessed, phone shut off, etc. My girlfriend and I have several shared interest properties that were just deeded to us a few weeks ago. We have tried EVERY possible type of lender to use our portion as collateral for a small loan but no one will do it unless we are deeded the entire property first. This is not going to happen in the time that we have available to us. My girlfriend is a loan officer and still makes good money. Having the baby has put us back about a month and we won’t be seeing a commission check for at least another week to two weeks. Neither our landlord nor our car financier is willing to wait that much longer and I cannot let that happen. I’m a man with no pride left and am in desperate need of financial help. If you or someone you know can help I assure you this assistance can be paid back in a very timely fashion. The money would be under $5k total as we are going to be taking $20k - $40k out of the properties when we can get the deeds exchanged. We are willing to draw legal documentation for repayment of this loan; we’re not looking for a hand out. We are good people who just got put in a bad position by bad timing. Please; anyone that can help please contact us ASAP.
