i use to be a cell phone operator.. you know.. the one at the end when you dial the *611… there is no charge…

because i pay a charge for 911 services i think through my cell phone company at least i think i do not sure i will get back with more intel

i believe you pay a tax on it… but to use it as in dialing it.. there is no charge..
